The Regalia Officer's duties are:

1. Maintain an inventory of the items owned by the Barony.
2. Safekeeping and maintenance of all regalia not in use by the Baronage.
3. Maintenance and repair of all regalia in use by the Baronage.
4. Oversee the passing of Baronial regalia from and to each succeeding Baron and Baroness.
5. Maintain and oversee the safe and secure storage of Baronial property.
6. Coordinate access to and use of Baronial property by autocrats, Baronial officers, and other authorized persons.
7. Report on the status of Baronial property and regalia to the Baronial seneschal once every quarter.
