Rapier Marshal of Starkhafn

Gentle cousin, greetings.

You have asked about my position as Rapier Marshal for Starkhafn. First, I have to be appointed by the Kingdom Rapier Marshal. Each year, I have to justify my appointment in writing. I list what activities I have participated in, how many fighters I have authorized, and so forth. A Rapier marshal is the only marshal that can authorize rapier fighters. I am also charged with training local marshals and, in this case, local fighters, although this is not required to be a provost marshal. I am required to keep up with current rules and to apply them with an even hand.
