Mistress of Lystes of Starkhafn

The Lystes Officer is responsible for issuing authorization cards, verifying the authorizations of everyone entering a tourney and keeping records of who is authorized to fight. The office does not authorize fighters, but rather records the authorization made by the marshal. At individual events, the lystes officer is responsible for maintaining a record of everyone who fights, for determining the order of combat, for recording the results of a tournament, and for reporting the results to the kingdom Minister of List officer.
